In a way, I'm not totally blaming Vito for how things turned out with the parked guy. 1. He was parked illegally. 2. The road is iced over making where he parked dangerous for oncoming traffic. Sacks making his allocution fucked over both New York and New Jersey. It was also a violation of the code, because Sacks was admtting that The Mafia exists he's a boss within it, and any and all surveillance of him with other "alleged" members is now tangible evidence against them. He did the second worst thing he could have done in the eyes of the Omerta code. His love for his wife and her pursuit of happiness is admirable, but he's going to be sleeping with one eye open for the rest of his life.
