Damn, I didn't see that coming!... I did, however, see the whole thing with AJ coming. He's gonna be a mess now!

I love how, as the show reaches its end, all the fun is being sucked out of it. The banter between the guys is becoming less funny and more ugly and unpleasant. Tony can't stop pushing away father figures. Conflicts that could've been smoothed over in earlier seasons are now leaving deep wounds. This lifestyle catches up with you.

You know the fucked up thing about Tony's gambling addiction in particular is that in his line of work he knew many "gambling degenerates" as he called them, two of which we've seen Tony completely ruin their lives. You'd think he would have been smarter to the point that it almost feels out of nowhere that he suddenly developed his gambling addiction in the first place.

THE GOOSH!

Absolutely! It's really well done, how we can feel the wheels spinning off!

I think Blanca overestimated how well cared for she and her son would be had they remained with AJ. I do feel for AJ here as he was trying his best and he did seem to have finally found a purpose of some kind, but he wasn't what Blanca was looking for. Tony's always been aware of his shortcomings, but he's never been able to take accountability for them as if he did, he'd have stopped himself from gambling further rather than deepening his deficit. He is 100% his own worst enemy right now.

He was criticizing and condemning from the view of a glass house.
