The Amazing Rudy

Bob's Burgers is so amazing at throwaway lines but my favourite is probably the one Mr. Frond says in this episode: "I could barely stop that one kid from keeping bees in his locker." Every time I hear it I'm like: "What the fuck? What do you mean there's just a student that keeps (or wants to keep) BEES in his LOCKER? How did he even get them there? Did he put bees in his backpack and then transferred them inside the locker? Or is there like a beehive inside? And why can Mr. Frond barely stop him? How do the bees even live in the locker? Do they fly out of the locker's holes and then outside to collect honey? Wh... Why... What... How... Why does that kid even do it? If he likes bees so much why not do it at home, why at school? What is going on?" It's a throwaway line and it raises so many questions and I can't stop thinking about it. They don't address this afterwards ever, they just move on to the next piece of dialogue. WHO THE HELL WOULD EVEN COME UP WITH A JOKE LIKE THAT? WHY IS THERE A KID WHO KEEPS BEES IN HIS SCHOOL LOCKER???
