This wayward Philosopher's Stone - now in Al's possession - may have just shifted this battle! It's going to be REALLY interesting to see how Kimblee and Pride react to the younger Elric once they realize what just took place! :-)

Morgan

I totally forgot Al says "Damn it" and it caught me off guard haha. Al has always been my favorite character. He's too pure for this world. <3

Zhalterrix

Favorite episode coming up soon.

PKKite

They would know he has the stone. The red light and him making brand new legs give it away.

I’ve only teared up/cried at a couple of parts in this series but I never would have expected when I first watched this show that Heinkel, one of Kimblee’s ex-soldiers would be one of the characters to do it. His speech at the end of this episode is incredible.

Your Mom

Aww, you edited out the moment the mannequin soldiers all look up at that science dude. That's one of my favorite moments. It's like "nope, fuuuuuuuuuuuck that."

Joakim Strömqvist

Curtis have you thought about what series you gonna watch after FMAB?

Anonymous

" Let them fight, they deserve the chance " the speech it amazing! Gives the chillss...

kane fury, havoc, riza Hawkeyes, roy mustang, and black hallete ( Hawkeyes dog) are all name after WW2 fighter planes or jets... and Hughes is name after the engineer that made almost all of those planes...

Liesmith

Al's here to kick ass and bodybuild...and he's all outta body.

Connor Brennan

Oh, hey Curtis! There's a few episodes coming up that have scenes DURING the credits (as opposed to after). So keep an eye out for those. I know episode 54 has one.

invo

Can't believe we're in 50s now! Some of my favorite fights are coming in very soon. Gonna be a hell of a week this and the next one. Btw Curtis, can you make a top5 or top10 or top_whatever list of your favorite characters in this show at this moment? Would be cool to compare the list to the one you'll have after EP64.

what i love about fmab is that it doesn't rely on action scenes or following the protagonist to keep viewers engaged. Just simple conversation and character development drives the story. The same can be said with hxh The scene with Heinkel and Al talking was incredible. Ed & Al after learning the truth about philosopher stones refuse to use them because of it's source, but now given a reason to use one, to give the souls that were forever haunted a reason to be used for the greater good against the ones that condemned them. Amazing

Gabriel Phipps

Anyone else love when characters eyes start glowing?

Nicolas Loure

man, i would love to see Curtis reactions to the OP's. I don't know if he cares about it, but imo this show has some amazing openings

Nate D.

chills man, absolute chills, im glad you arent a crier like I am curtis LOL, my eyes even teared up at the speech he gave when he handed alphonse the stone

Enrico Gratzer

Curtis you should totally react to Seven Deadly Sins or Assassination Classroom soon! :)

"Oh dear.. mess.. I made a mess" I'm in tears. Sloth is so funny XD But most importantly! Welcome back, Envy :D

Anna Lena Ciplajevs

I think the scene where Al decided that he’ll use the philosophers stone is one of the most powerful in the anime :)
