CHANGES HERE AT THE GOOSH - What Do Ya Think?

Some ideas that are rolling around my damaged brain. What do you guys think?

SuperiorSpiderBoy

It sounds like a really good idea for anyone at my level of donating. I've been sort of itching to see the $10 level videos but I can't really make that commitment as dumb as it sounds. So 3 vids a day for $5 sounds good to me. I hope the level above me and below me see it that way.

Well, as the official catsage of Spaz, I think this is a good idea, for us. Like you said, you may take a hit to the wallet ( Wallet and ballsack is called the same thing in Danish ;) ) but it will in the end, lead to a better Goosh, I think. I will go to the 5 level, I was actually planning on doing that anyway

Anonymous

I'm actually a full time student and I have a lot of trouble finding time to work to afford my tuition even with scholarships, but I love your content so much that I spend the 10 dollars a month to get the most of your content I can since it's the only thing I really make the time to watch. So I'm definitely in favor of moving to one 5 dollar tier, it would help me out personally quite a lot.

Mighty Snake

I like this idea. I was wondering then, if you put this in to effect, if we were doing $10 a month can we still lord it over the rest of them?

Charlie Sims

I think its a good idea, though as a £5 patron i can't really talk, I will say I only became a patron for HxH as its my favourite anime, but with more video's I think It'd be more likely stay permanently

Nuzso121

i think its better for the gooshers worse for your wallet so probs

Anonymous

I wanted to test each level for a time, till I know what all I can access in each level. So I will be staying at one for now.

Wilber

Cool, you're old and fat but cool X3

Please also consider to upload all 3 videos at the same time of the day. Waiting for HxH reaction video to be uploaded has always been a drag. I have to impregnate my hamster every single time when the upload is late. And please upload HxH right now, you mentioned that you will upload HxH in a minute after this video :(

Meh, I honestly liked how we currently have things set up here with different tiers. I mean it’s been working out good so why change something that doesn’t need to be fixed? I get that not everyone on the $1 & $5 level can’t watch $10 material, but that’s what makes it ‘exclusive content’ exclusive. I’m always fine with adding series from here onto YouTube for everyone to watch, but I’d personally much prefer to keep things as they are currently.

Nuzso121

i would also really recommend haijme no ippo its a boxing anime

Anonymous

Big props if curtis does this shows that hes really in it for the community then the money🙌🧡

I’m good with what you wanna do. I’m not going to drop down to the $5 level unless somehow I take a major hit financially, like I told you before if don’t spend money on you I’ll just blow it on something stupid that I won’t use but once. My only thing is I guess is there a way to age restrict a video? In order for you to cover your ass Incase some younger person has their parents pay for it and the parents see the ecchi titty animes and try to come after you for some odd reason.

Anonymous

As a 10 donator I am fine with it. I will stay as a 10 as it is what I am comfortable in paying for your content and hope you keep up all the great work. Your reactions are something I listen to while I study. One of the best reactors I've come across.

Anonymous

I think this is a great change, 3 videos of guaranteed entertainment everyday except sunday. I guess the only downside is the $1-$5 but as you said, you covered it in a fair way. Thanks for keeping us informed and actually wanting feedback. :)

codebreaker1298

You do whatever you think is best! Either way, I'm staying at the $10 level!

Anonymous

I think this makes a lot of sense honestly. I have missed out on a lot of videos so what was the verdict on one piece?

That’s not always an option, however, because sometimes I get behind and I’m watching and editing the same day I’m uploading... It’s not often, but it does happen occasionally... And please extend my apologies to your hamster. 😄

Emil Johansson

Sounds good to me but like someone mentioned above, what about age restriction for the titty animes if some kids are watching? I mean i guess there weren´t really one before but with everything in one place they are alot more easily accesible

Anonymous

im at 5$ level anyway so its better with me hue hue :)

We're pretty well covered on the age-restriction thing, My Friend. Our channel here at Patreon is classified as "Adult". When I upload an ecchi anime to Vimeo, I give it the "Mature" tag. Most importantly, all our content here at THE GOOSH is behind a paywall, even if it's only a dollar. That way, no one should be seeing our content unless they have access to a credit card... Will that stop a horny little 12-year-old from getting in here? Probably not, but it's several lines of defense and he's probably over at kissanmie watching the uncensored stuff anyway. :-D

I'll be posting the next poll on that soon. We'll be going forward with it, but starting with another elected series first. :-)

Nuptup

I like this new change that you are considering to bring Curtis. I think it will bring the whole community closer as they can watch and interact on ALL the content at the Ghoosh!

Nuptup

@Curtis For the next poll I recommend you to add Your Lie in April and Attack on Titan. Both of these are my favs and I'm sure that you would enjoy them too. However if you have already selected anime for the next poll then you may consider my recommendations later. Love your content Curtis! :)

LucioBoop

I am on board with the proposed changes. I'll still be staying at the $10 level, because in my honest opinion its a great bang for my buck. Three ~12:00 minute videos a day, 6 days a week equates to ~15 hours of watch time a month. Compare that to the cost of a cable box, for TV I don't watch. Or a Netflix sub that I dont use. You do you Curtis! P.S. If you like character comradery and random humor, One Piece is a fine choice =).

Anonymous

If you can't afford 5 bucks a month for a fat man watching weeb shit then go home

Anonymous

Make a daily best boobs segment LUL. From animes we've watched :x

Anonymous

Sounds good old man!

Anonymous

i like the idea go for it

Anonymous

I'm 5 $ so it's all good here !

Meelog Malterion

you said alot of good and interesting stuff in this video......but once you said youd fight youtube the information processing part of my brain switched off my imagination took over and alls I took away from the video is.....yeah id pay a dollar to see you beat up a guy wearing a youtube logo shaped foam suit....

Jamir Dixon

Good timing because I am running out of money

Lewd Angel

Im all for the idea myself, i'll probably stay on the 10$ level when i can and drop to 5 when i can't. Im here to support you and the content is a bonus.

Anonymous

As some have mentioned, if these changes do occur I'm more then happy to stay at the $10 level. Obviously I understand that some can't. But for me personally, some of the reason as to why I work constantly is to be able to support what I care about. In this case it's having to do with both anime and just an awesome person for which I enjoy hearing the thoughts and opinions on the medium I love. I, as I'm sure many of us do, really enjoy the fact that Curtis is always looking for great ways other people can enjoy his content. Thst's just awesome and in a lot of ways shows just how much this community means to him.

Anonymous

I like it. 'Course I'm at the five dollar level anyway :P

Anonymous

I’m at the 10$ and I would love it because not only is it a better value for my wallet, but I can finally subscribe to some Lewd anime artist here at Patreon as well and most if not all of them are at 5$. So I get great anime reaction and anime Titties!!!

Nezu Mikey

Seems like as fair a rewrite as I can think of. My only question is what benefit will there be to stay at the $10 level other than personal choice to showing support for you and the channel?

Hit Enter early. Just to add that it's nice to get more content at the $5 level I'm on - I enjoy watching you watching anime and I look forward to more~

Anonymous

i think you should put the videos on the $100 level. seperate the boys from the men

Charlie baker

this would be nice for me as a 10 dollar level guy i have issues maintaining that in my budget

Sean Nelson

I would be more likely to jump up to 10 because of something like this. At least when the budget can allow this. it let's someone like me be at 10 on the good months and 5 on the bad months while still getting the content that I joined for.

mattnux

Your post volume is already higher than most at $5 so it's a community win. Your wallet will take the initial hit but may very well fill in on the back-end via YT and more $5 subs. Respect.

Anonymous

Hey mate, sounds good. Might be good to release the videos elsewhere and open them up but after a sort of time gate? Example, $10 plus get them each day, $1 gets like a week delay and youtube gets a further delay. Would help to show what you do on patreon and to "show your wares" to get some more people subbed on diff levels. Haha also the mandatory "this youtube vid was sponsored by the patreon community, you bunch of tightasses" :)

Shades

Such an amazing idea, most patrons go the opposite direction and move content up to higher tiers. I really enjoy your content and if i could i would pay more, i am currently living abroad in Asia earning far less than i would back home so even the $5 is noticeable but is well worth it for the content i am currently getting. Getting more would just be an added bonus.

Anonymous

Yeah dude that's cool that you're thinking about these things. I don't mind any changes you make :)

Ryan N

I think it's a great idea dude.

Tony Gilbert King

I'm quite happy on the $10 level but you do what you like but I thought the $1 level was to keep the more mature content restricted
