The Hakai moment is one of the best Beerus moments ever. and a reminder Beerus is not to be fucked with, even tho he acts goofy he's still a Destroyer

Personally, I thought this was the best episode of this whole arc. The way they built the tension throughout the episode and then gave it a satisfying release (heh heh) when Beerus finally went infinity gauntlet on Zamasu was surprisingly well executed (literally).

I love the Beerus' Hakai (destroy) scene. Zamas moves to attack, Goku drops into fighting stance, then NOPE its Beerus time. Dont fuck with the destroyer.

Love that Beerus Madness theme, although I preferred his sub line to Zamasu of "Don't get cocky." before obliterating him. Especially since Beerus sounds more intimidating in japanese when he gets serious lol.

Future Trunks: Only able to achieve Super Saiyan when his mentor and best friend dies horribly at the hands of the androids. Kid Trunks: Able to achieve Super Saiyan after spending a few years with Vegeta. Being Raised by Vegeta = Immeasurable grief and rage

Upsides- The animation was alright and the Present Trunks vs Future Trunks thing was interesting especially given how many people in the DB fan base hated present Trunks and how they love Future Trunks. Downside- the tension of if Zamasu was really dead is cut due to the fact by now WE know how time travel works as it was explained back in Z so we know for a fact Zamasu isn’t dead otherwise Super would have changed yet another thing from Z.

Zamasu is actually voiced by James Marsters who played piccolo in the live action dragonball movie that we never speak of and Spike from Buffy the Vampire slayer. He's a bug dragonball fan and felt so bad for being part of the awful dragonball movie that he wanted to "redeem" himself. But he's under an alias in the credits I believe because if SAG issues I think.
