Okay, it becomes immediately clear why you guys have had so much praise for this one. I like the setup of the storyline, but the comedy and character interactions look like they're gonna be really on point!

Gotta love food wars haha

V_VMat

Also, oh god did Erina sound bitch in that. She does not sound like that later, does she? (I watched sub so this is A SHOCK!!)

PKKite

this is great lol

While I was against you watching this anime because it's not exactly a titty anime, I can say for sure that you will definitely enjoy this anime Curtis even with the lack of tits.

Alpha is kindly sponsoring these for all of us, so I think it was quite reasonable to accept his request of watching in dub.

Aidan

Nurufufufu those foodgasams were the sole reason I wanted you to react t food wars and I was not disappointed. Your going to love this anime Curtis.

Anonymous

Also you did have the correct pronunciation right first time it's said like s oh ma

Sean Nelson

The food in this is show is good. I watched this show for the food. The comedy and fan service was good but not something you couldn't find elsewhere. (Not bashing the show I did enjoy it but the food was what made me stay)

Mighty Snake

Food, Orgasms, and boobs what more could you need?

DxShadow

I guess you could call it literal food porn lol

Heh not complaining about the content but man the dub for this one is real bad imo and i normally have no problems with them

Phillip Ribbink

I hadn't really seen this Anime before this. But yeah I'm in agreement on the voice for Erika. From what little I knew about her she was supposed to very posh. I'm talking New England Old Money or James Bond posh. Definitely not Valley Girl.

Miklar Sihn

The reactions are a bit more over the top here in the start than they are later.

I actually know someone that has cook that pork roast in real life and it turned out really well

Travis Knopps

One part that I really like about this show, is that they get so much right about cooking, up to the point that you can learn both techniques or the ways that ingredients interact with one another. Oh, and can't forget the fanservice.

Douglas Streck

The randomness of food wars never gets old hahaha

AceOfSerberit

Now it is time. Thanks for the heads up on YouTude

Yeah they do actually consult chefs about the recipes, though maybe the preparation methods aren't always accurate.

FUCK YAH finally

WhateverIFeelLike

The dub for this is really good in my opinion plus they include a lot of really interesting and helpful notes for people who aren't familiar with the Japanese culture I'd stick with the dub and then if they haven't updated the status of the dub then switch over to the sub at least that's what I did

THE GOOSH!

I've switched to the sub, only because since we're gonna have to anyway, I figured better to do it now so I can get comfortable with the Japanese voice actors.

Scryehard

Could you turn up the volume in the future episodes? It's hard to hear what the characters are saying, but if I turn it up much more your own voice will become too loud.

Scryehard

12:55 "Yesss" Uh, Curtis. That was man-ass. Specifically fat-man-ass.

Serra Lear

What!? How did I miss that you started watching this!?

Scryehard

It's a good anime for him to watch, it just didn't fit within the titty anime category. Especially considering how toned-down the fanservice becomes later on.

I tried it twice. Was a mess both times. It's hard to get the consistency right.
