I really like Hawk-Eye! I mean, I wasn't fond of seeing Zoro get his ass kicked, but it's VERY cool that Hawk-Eye is the type to allow Zoro to achieve all he can in preparation of a future encounter... And I think ol' Don Krieg just bit off way too much!

Mihawk is the worlds greatest swordsman the strongest man is someone else

Bee

They said Hawk-Eye was the World's strongest man, that translation was inaccurate, he's just the World's strongest Swordsman. Mihawk is still one of the strongest character of the series.

Gotta love the proverbial frog in the well comment.

LeeeoLi

Frog in the well (井底之蛙) is actually a very commonly used phrase in both China and Japan to describe someone with a narrow view

lol don krieg has is deluded. even after he saw his ships go down, he thinks he could take on mihawk

Mihawk is 100% my second favorite character and favorite non crew character, and im not even at episode 200 yet lol and apparently he only gets better

Sean Nelson

Mihawk is a favorite and zoro is by far my favorite crewmember. He is both dependable and not. Calm and angry hardworking and lazy and dude can never not get lost.

LordNoLife

Day 23 of my oath: I a 22 year old man do solemnly swear to mention how many episode we are away from catching up to one piece on every single episode that Curtis reacts to and I do not care how long that takes. And on that note: We are 853 away from catching up

The subs are a bit off here and there, sadly the line "How would I know when I havent done it" should actually be approximately "Dont know about (something like) that, I'm gonna do it anyways"

I have watched the video ( and many other of those too, they make awesome builds)

GoldArthur

I love honorable characters, like Zoro and Mihawk.

CrossZ

Mihawk is so cool they basically paused the arc so he could show up and mix it up with Zoro

Nami stole their shit but boobies lol And yeah Mihawk is just a badass

MarvelKnight101

Luffy vs Krieg!!! Who will win?!?! It’s gonna be on helluva fight!! Also, Mihawk is a very cool character where no matter the type or amount he can use it masterfully

SilversLyfe

This is the first of what I personally consider the most impactful scenes between the crew and the whole series in general. When Zoro has his view of the world and self respect as a swordsman temporarily shattered but immediately, and while barely conscious he declares he will never lose again. It all comes to a head when he asks Luffy if that is acceptable and calls him the pirate king. Zoro already sees Luffy as the pirate king. If that’s not impactful as hell considering the small time they’ve been together than I don’t know what is

YES, totally agrees I hope people noticed this small line of zoro, it has huge meaning and dedication :D !

Just to be clear he's the world's strongest swordsman not the worlds strongest man.

What source is he watching the subs from? Is he using a source like crunchyroll or unofficial sites like kissanime?

Dallas Winston

Welcome to Luffy being your favorite character. You can’t help but love a lil “Munka D Ruffy”

I'm actually amazed at how much I love Luffy! GREAT character, and I would put him as my second favorite all time right now, behind Killua, but he may well move up to number one. :-)

The translation is fine. It's actually the original script that's off here (at 05:40 Soro uses the phrase 世界最強の男 (sekai saikyou no otoko), which literally* translates to World's strongest man"). *as literally as Japanese-to-English translations can be anyway
