This show REALLY keeps the tension ratcheted up! Maybe it's exacerbated for me because it's about kids and I don't want them to be zombie food, but damn, my palms stay sweaty! :-D

Lachlan Ferrand

Holy crap I remember why I loved this series gave me chills watching that

Akettaja The Finnish Moron

The pink-haired girl (without a uniform) is a teacher, so she was just getting worried about eating too heavily, ’cause she isn’t young anymore.

🧟🧟‍♀️socccer, must play soccer, rarrrrr, shinny ball

I still dont understand how Yuki can be saved by her own imagination. Not gonna say more because that would spoil but I really dont get how thats supposed to work...

꧁Coltonius Maximus꧂

This kind of stuff is far more disturbing than stuff like Attack on Titan, at least for me

Darknaru

God this shows is tense like you said and I love how badass Kurumi is the shovel girl. I also issue a challenge to you my old friend emphasize on old. My challenge is to find the other big reveal before it happened. I had out around episode 5 or 6 cause it was just strange. I won't tell you the spoiler but it crazy once you know and rewatch the shows but it make sense in context.

Darknaru

I find out not had out. I find out the big reveal around episode 5 or 6.

Yup, I agree on the that completely. It's similar to that I always felt "The Shining" was WAY creepier than any of the slasher movies. :-)

Phillip Ribbink

I think part of the reason it's so intense is that they have to maintain the facade. The whole time they're keeping up this illusion of normalcy. You're not only worried about whether they can keep it up, while still staying alive. But also what will have happen if the illusion falls apart. What happens then?

Why did you do two episodes in 1 week? I thought this was 1 episode per month, also some other series has 3 weeks in between. It's weird.

Because it all depends on when the series sponsors sponsor the next episode... No mystery at all. 😊

Darknaru

I just rewatched most of school live again and I realized I found out the true around episode 4 and 5 and at episode 6 and 10 is when things really hurt you in the feels so be ready that all.

KP

We getting an episode Samurai Champloo soon?

Typically, Alpha sponsors them around the beginning of the month. We'll just have to wait and see... :-)

There's a total disconnect between them being high schoolers and looking that young– typical in anime. Like in Food Wars, they are high schoolers but look like adults. I don't know what kind of high schools there are in Japan, but I sure as hell don't want to go! :D

easy. She "knows" what's going on, just that she can't deal with it. So when she notices something dangerus, her subconsience sends a signal to her and her imaginary situation adjust to avoid it

AceOfSerberit

fun fact. at 15:10 in your rection , the books on the shelf (the ones Yuki reaches for) are the manga for School live. So it's quite meta that she finds her own story intresting :D
