I don't check the comments on every vid, so not sure if someone mentioned it yet. But since Arlong is doing a lot of laughing right now, figured I would mention it. Oda decided that everyone in One Piece should have their own laugh(s), so some characters might laugh a little (or a lot) strangely. Example is that Luffy's laughs generally sound like a monkey and Arlong here has "Shahaha"
