Katara is a water bending master now so it's expected for her skill to bump up now, we see some cool usage of waterbending besides just water and ice...*shivers* especially in the final book :c

Hillbillies live in places in the rocky mountains up north. People who live in the swamps down south are Swamp People. how can people living in swamps have hills.

Alabama doesn’t really have swamps, just absurd humidity and a lot of unfortunate stereotypes. For swamps you can go to central Florida or south Louisiana and they have pretty much the same unfortunate stereotypes. I was born in Louisiana and raised in Alabama so I can say with certainty that there are people who live up to the stereotypes, but they are definitely in the minority.
