This was fantastic! This whole story of the snow island and Chopper was one of my favorite things I've watched! One Piece does such an incredible job of hooking you in and delighting you with each arc, that you simply cannot wait to begin the next one!

Brother E

Curtis what’s your favorite One Piece Arc so far? Is it this arc (Drum Kingdom) or Arlong Park?

Duke

next episode, we are getting introduced to a legendary man.

Jake from SF

Looks like someone's getting a bit choked up. It's okay, happens to all of us.

Wesley

A great ending to a great arc.

Miklar Sihn

It is worth mentioning that she is clearly a badass, She took down zoro with one hit.

George

Damn these God damn onions 😭

Anonymous

Perfect ending agreed

I get better clarity on things like that when I have distance from them. I'm not much of a "better than" guy when it's between two things that I enjoyed so much. :-)

MarvelKnight101

"SHUT UP!! LETS GO!!!" One of my favorite Luffy lines

The Gimpster 101

With this arc you got to see the first extreme instance Luffy doing something on behalf of his Nakama, that being climbing the cliff side carrying 2 of his Nakama bare handed/foot, and see (as of yet) the most heart wrenching back stories in One Piece.

Did anyone already tell Curtis that Kureha's voice actor is the same as Goku?

mfasi

Dammit, I'm not crying just getting a little misty

Ali6B

Some of the best mothers are in One Piece. Bellemere and now Dr Kureha.

AceOfSerberit

my catchphrase this episode (or Choppers whole backstory) "...I'm not crying... YOU'RE crying! ... shut up"

Mighty Snake

I'd like to point out that two of the most disliked villans this far are avid mouth users who just like biting shit.

Miasimon

I wonder if this is anything at all what Curtis thought he was getting into when he first started One Piece. There's a reason some people call Oda "Goda", he's one of the best (if not the best) writers when it comes to storytelling in manga/anime. I mean, how many manga/anime can have you laughing one second, then beat you into submission with gloves made of chopped onions in the next scene?

I wish a better anime studio had picked up One Piece man,, Toei isn't worthy of Goda's greatness. Think it would have been considered one of the best shows ever with better production.

Day 80 of my oath: I a 22 year old man do solemnly swear to mention how many episode we are away from catching up to one piece on every single episode that Curtis reacts to and I do not care how long that takes. And on that note: We are 797 away from catching up,
