I'll say this the start of season 1 is rushed, they take a lot more time to develop this early stuff originally in the manga, part 1 is fine, it's fairly standard given it's called a bizarre adventure, part 2 is a notable improvement, won't say the exact reasons why for now, but the scale and insanity is upped a lot compared to this part,

Why would you wonder that? Is it any different than how cool I thought Azula was, despite being a villain?... We'll wait and see, but I'm not sure why there'd be concern over a character already, when I've got a rather long list of villains I've wanted to see get their ass beat, but loved as characters.

Full disclaimer, I'm not the biggest Jojo fan and I didn't vote for it but I do like part 1 and 2 so I can appreciate what it does. As you have seen and noted, Jojo does bad guy very over the top. Jojo does everything over the top lol. I am looking forward to you enjoying the over the top-ness of Jojo.

Not too rushed. It’s following the manga panel by panel but it’s just a 5:1 chapter to episode ratio the first 2 parts.

I've always held that the first 3 episodes of JoJo's are perfect. It definitely losses a bit of ground after that, but by episode 9, it has found it's footing in my opinion. And it only gets better from there.

Well, I was hoping for dub, but I'm not surprised. Sub's fine, and I don't mind any of the voice in particular, but too often I see reactors missing something because they're reading instead of watching. Maybe I'm just being weird, but whatever. I'll watch your reaction anyway Curtis, because you're my favorite old bald bastard. Also, in case it needed to be said, Fuck Dio and everything he loves (Which basically consists of himself, Dario Brando's only son, and Dario's wife, in that order)

Yeah Part 1 is definately the weakest of the bunch. They could have just erased Episode 5,6 and 7 and noting of value would have been lost.

It's allways fun coming back to part 1. You can definately see that Araki didn't know what to do with the series just yet but it's fun seeing all the concepts that he would later expand on
