He hasn't reached Mihawk levels yet, but watching Zoro fight his way to this next level was insanely good!

This episode makes me wonder just how badass Zoro's teacher actually is, since he can seemingly cut through steel.

It's kinda crazy that in theory Zoro only now caught up to his teacher. What a badass man though, to continue fighting in all that pain and blood loss.

Pfffft, the most recent anime episode was a while back for me. The manga is where the "if only you knew" is at 💪🏿🖤👍🏿

As tough as it is, try to remember that whole will going into the sword and knowing where the rocks are going to fall and finding the sword.

SuperiorSpiderBoy

Seems you have the wrong impression about devil fruits by the way. The fruit does not make the man. The man makes the fruit. Let me tell you I would be fucking useless with the dice dice fruit.

Serra Lear

Yeah, when it comes to his skill at bleeding, I think it actually surpasses his swordsmanship lol

V_VMat

This episode and that last attack especially are definitely one of my favorite Zoro moments!

Iinda. Mo ukene. ... Ittoruy iai. Shishi sonson! ... De ou yu! These are definitely my favorite lines Zoro has said. (And the transcript probably is off, since I don't know Japanese and couldn't find jp subs fast enough)

THE GOOSH!

LOL! In my wrestling career, I always thought I was a quality bleeder, but Zoro kicks my ass! :-D

Duke

The thing about cutting nothing yet cutting steel is basically about will. If you would swing a sword at a bunch of leaves you would inevitably cut it like it or not. If you would try cutting steel your sword would break, however zoro is now able to not cut the leaves even though it would be impossible. About as impossible as him cutting steel. (you can also see it as making your sword dull for 1 second and then turn it into a lightsaber in the next)

YESSS THIS! The not cutting the leaves then immediately turning and cutting the stone next to him was amazing directing

Mr 1 did well all fight. I think he deserved at least a draw. Zoro was only able to land 1 hit

He only needed 1 solid hit, Mr 1 doesn't have the kind of crazy endurance Zoro has

You guys know after a certain arc wwwwwwaaaaaayyyyy down the road we got to get him to react too the deathbattle Zoro was in. I'm sure Curtis would love the hell out of that.

Andrew Lolavar

Curtis- "I love the scene with him all bloody and standing". Me- Boy do i have a surprise for you in 300 episodes lol

SovereignArimik

fun fact about zoro: the exact episode he ran out of fucks to give was episode 1

Tony Gilbert King

One thing always bothered me at 10:05 mr1 hits zoro with a double straight punch yet he gets cut up by the blade on mr1's forearm ?

Mugi
>>24624180

He didnt punch him, he closed his arms on him

Miasimon

It's funny that you mentioned that someone without devil fruit abilities could keep up with someone with devil fruit abilities. Fun fact: Shanks and his entire crew have absolutely no devil fruit abilities. (Don't think it's ever touched upon in the anime, sadly.. that just makes him and his crew that much more badass)
