I like Ed - I have from the start - but her method for dealing with a threat by eating it comes directly from my personal playbook!   :-D

LOL! I knew that, but my first impression must have taken over when writing the description. :-D Fixed it now.

There's something weird in the fridge today. I don't know what it is. Food, I can't recognize. My roommate won't throw a thing away. I guess it's probably his. It looks like it's alive. And livin' in the fridge, livin' in the fridge. Livin' in the fridge, livin' in the fridge. Pretty much the synopsis of this episode. Weird Al's Livin' in the Fridge.

This episode is an homage to Aliens

I never put that together, but now that you mention it, that’s really cool!... That exact same feel!

Ed’s the kind of character I’d normally find super annoying, but she rules. Huge credit to the voice actress for that

Can't wait for next episode. omg.

Heavenly Demon

this was an Alien ( Movie) inspired ep, i think most people seen alien , the flame thrower spike has and the gadget to track the alien and it being in the vents and etc , all paying homage to the movie ..

For reference, here are the lessons from this episode. I think it's cool the way it shows each of the characters outlook. Jet believes in Justice, Fay in survival, Ed is just curious, and then there's spike lol. Lesson 1 Jet Humans were meant to work and sweat to earn a living. Those that try to get rich quick, or live at the expense of others, all get divine retribution somewhere along the line. That's the lesson. Unfortunately, we quickly forget the lessons we've learn. Then we have to learn them all over again. Lesson 2 Faye "Survival of the fittest" is the law of nature. We deceive, or we are deceived. Thus, we flourish, or perish. Nothing good ever happened to me when I trusted others. That...is the lesson. Lesson 3 Ed August six, Sky Day. Today, Ed goes looking for the spooky, mysterious, horrible alien. Lesson, lesson: if you see a stranger, follow him. Lesson 4 Spike And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

Fun fact: this was the very first episode I ever saw of Cowboy Bebop. Needless to say, it gave me a weird impression of what the show was about!
