Here’s the weird part: Hol Horse didn’t even know that she was a stand user. She might’ve been acting the entire time with the love stuff... How did Hol Horse not know though? They were both sent by DIO so what was the point?

Good episode, but David Pro missed a huge opportunity. When Joseph started predicting the enemy's lines, they should have brought back his theme song from part 2.

I believe that was a ruse so they would believe she was a victim, and also so she could get close enough to spill some blood on one of them. As far as Hol Horse, I think he was in the same boat as Polnareff and just got tricked by a pretty face, and Dios followers dont all necessarily know each other

Btw, jojo's author, Hirohiko Araki, is really into travel. Because of this he's been to most of the locations he sends the jobros to. So when the story is explaining some cultural facts about the places they're visiting, it's usually pretty accurate and something he learned while actually visiting the place.
