Damn! I knew Walter was a badass, but I didn't have a clear appreciation of just HOW badass he is!  :-D

Ah, you paused right when Akuma Stocking was about to start to play. It's my favourite of Hellsing OSTs 💖

I don't know if anyone's mentioned this but in Hellsing vampires can't cross large bodies of water without some kind of transportation so Alcurd is kinda trapped on the Eagle. That was the Major's plan.

Oh, duh! That's right; it had been mentioned to me before, but I completely forgot. Thanks! :-)

Part of the reason that there are no counter-attacks is those communication issues they mentioned. And the simultaneous attacks on all 150 bases throughout the British Empire. (Again they've had about 55 years to prepare for this attack). Also of note, most of the targets they selected are culturally significant to the British. Quite a few are what we think of when we think of England. And not a small amount of them are monuments to the greatest Military achievements of the British Empire. Trafalgar Square (dedicated to Horatio Nelson, British Naval hero of the Napoleonic war) and the British War Museum.
