I’m glad I got to watch this as a video and not a livestream; I have really bad ADHD, so I had to start it over a couple of times before I was able to clear my head enough to focus. Even during this hole thing, occasionally a thought would spring to the forethought of my mind and take me out of the experience, but I was able to put it aside and get back into that mindset. This is the first time anything like this has actually done anything for me. I’m not sure if I got as deep into it as I was supposed to, but I definitely felt something, and slept like a rock after. I only got about 4 hours of sleep, but I feel fine.

I just finished I'm feeling cloudy but refreshed, This was my first hypnosis type thing it really helped me relax. I even saw my late grandmother during the session it was very trippy and surreal, thanks for bringing this to the Goosh I'll definitely come back to watch this video again.
