Foxy's laugh is actually "Feh-feh-feh-feh" Like it was shown at one point in this episode where he said "and another feh" at the end

You know what? Foxy might not be the strongest fighter in the world, but his devil fruit is pretty darn good. Imagine if somebody really strong had that fruit? Being hit by the beam would be instakill! Theyd just stab you or throw you in the ocean or whatever. 30 seconds is a helloffa long time in combat to not be able to move... Thats true for the real world so in the OP world with OP characters... Im trying to think of a strong fighter that didnt have a Devil Fruit🤔 Arlong and Krieg didnt, Kuro. Imagine Captain Kuro with that shit... Hed slice you a 100 billion times.
