The real names for the stands in this arc are Little Feet (though the spelling is different for the band) instead of Tiny Feet and Aerosmith instead of Lil’ Bomber if I’m not wrong.

as said before Lil'bomber real name is aerosmith, and one fun detail is that is that Narancia, the user, is pretty androgynous (a bit less true in the anime, but in the manga you could easily mix him with a girl) or in other words he is a "dude that look like a lady"
