FLCL is best described as a trip. Acid or otherwise. It's a great short series.

Every preteen/early to mid teenager needs to see this show. Though it’s great no matter how old you are, it hits much closer to home if you see it at that age. Such a good series

I hope we are gonna get brought the whole ride. This is so amazing. No matter how much it seems to be pure random, it is infact full of layers... Though these layers are hard to actually find in this one.

Freddy Jimenez

Glad you like the Curtis it will only get more interesting and weird with every episode. In case you missed it haruka “Vespa woman” Will occasionally speak random Japanese phases like ara ara or Nani in later eps. Back in the day you used to have to stay up until midnight to watch it on adult swim And right after came cowboy bebop

Good times. Makes me feel nostalgic for staying up till 2am watching Adult Swim with school the next morning.

Despite how crazy the show might get there is a underlying message to it all that I think is handled amazingly considering the antics.

Yeah but i wanted to let curtis figure and see that on his own than saying it immeaditly.

Miklar Sihn

I can tell you why he went for dub. It is easier to understand the show in one watching with the dub.

Miklar Sihn

Let me say right on this first one. The music in this show is beyond amazing. It is beyond what almost any other show can muster.

I remember when it first aired the summer before my first year of high school. Very sublime times.

Yeah, trying to read subtitles and catch everything on screen is quite difficult for this series. Plus, the dub is pretty good in my opinion. Actually, the only show Curtis has watched so far that I disagree with dub instead of sub is Bleach.

Philip Repp (Bebop56210)

The music for the show is by the pillows (mostly) I've seen them live 4 times, twice in America and twice in Japan. My icon is a scan of a sticker that came with a cd or dvd I bought. XD

Oh my gootnezz its fooly cooly, the most confusing anime of my whole childhood 🤩👍

Make sure you pack some bags before watching this series... because it's gonna take you on a triiiiiiip!

Moe

Sean Nelson
