Wow! This is quite an eclectic collection that have found their way to Haruhi!... And by extension, to Kyon!

I'm glad you picked up this show :) Haruhi was what got me into anime in the first place. Its an all time great. Als there is a movie too if you want to watch after the series.

Morgan

Mwahahaha! Things are certainly getting interesting now. Man I love this show. All of the characters are really unique and likable in their own ways. So glad you're enjoying it!

This is absolutely a show driven by its characters, my preferred style. Are you planning on paying for both seasons and the movie (hopefully doing the 3 episode version of "eternal 8" [first-another-final]) Especially with how crucial the movie is to showing exactly WHY Kyon is Haruhi's crux

And now we've got our main cast complete: The alien, the time-traveler, the esper, the goddess who somehow unconsciously and unknowingly called them all there, and the put-upon ordinary guy stuck dealing with all of it. And we've also got another familiar voice joining us. Itsuki Koizumi, voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch, who did(among other things) Lelouch vi Britannia. And of course, we've already had Kyon(Crispin Freeman, who did Itachi Uchiha and the STORM OF LOYALTY HIMSELF, Jeremiah motherfuckin' Gottwald), and Haruhi(Wendee Lee, who did Faye Valentine in Cowboy Bebop).

I'm sad that they've discontinued the series(seemingly the novels as well), but I am sooooo fucking glad they at least made the movie. That was a goddamned perfect adaptation, and I love it to death. It was probably my favorite story in the series so far, anyway, so I was happy to at least see that get adapted.

You know how some people say "God must hate me." in Kyon's case at the present moment it's true.

All hail our lady Haruhi. May she have mercy on us all.

Itsuki is so awesome! Haruhi is awesome! I'm so excited for this series. Literally up there classics'-wiseeee.

Just imagine this for a moment: A few weeks ago, you got to know a girl with a VERY demandig attitude, who quikly loses interest in everything but the most extrordenary stuff. And now you learn, that if she gets bored with the world she (and you) live in, that world will literaly collapse in on itself. Have fun with entertaining her for the rest of your life. ;P

Wishmaker007

It is no exaggeration to say that the universe itself existing relies on the mood of a girl with sleeping godlike powers with the hope that her club members will keep her entertained enough not to be bored with the world...most dangerous babysitting job ever!
