Meliodas no longer pulling punches has significant meaning on several levels!

Helbram wasn't speaking about himself in the third person. He mentioned Hendrickson, a completely different character

Aeco

Helbram wasn't talking in 3rd person. He said that the guy who in the scene before decided to lend him some of his power (i.e. Grand Master Hendricksen) was frighteningly strong to be able to increase his power so much that he could defeat Meliodas in a single blow.

Biggie Cheese

I like how the only three comments here are saying what i came to say XD

MWS

curtis whenever an anime character speaks english: ill fucking do it again

Rixadzin

You may have caught it in edit, but the eyepatch dude did not talk in 3rd person. He was talking about how powerful the magic he got from Hendricson (the guy that made Jericho and Twigo drink demon blood) was.

MWS

(all things u should know by now or might have missed)if u couldnt tell already, this is the way the holy knights break down, originally there was one holy knight grandmaster named zaratras, gilthunder's dad whos murder was pinned on the 7 deadly sins ten years ago. currently there are two holy knight grandmasters being hendrickson(the silver haired guy who lent helbram power) and dreyfus (the guy with the red armor and long hair, who is griamores father). the holy knights were slit into 2 equal cooperating faction both lead by one of the grandmasters, usually holy knights are strong from birth and get where they are through training(like gilthunder, howser, griamore and the 7ds), however recently hendricksons faction is recieving a lot more new holy knights with twisted and sadistic persaonalities, these holy knights were never strong before but are currently rivaling regular holy knights, as such we know that these holy knights are ewhat gilthunder called "nd generation" meaning that to get power they drank the blood of the demon ban killed which hendrricksons has kept for some rason. notably, dreyfus' faction doesnt have a single 2nd generation, implying that hendrickson is up to something behind dreyfus' back

Evgeny Karimov

Meliodas looked like he had used Cursed Seal, rather than Nine-Tails.

Biggie Cheese

I believe gilthunder (Dude with the pink hair) actually believes that the sins killed griamore and princess Veronica. Im assuming he only got a report from the people that were there stating Veronica and Griamore were killed by the sins and he believed it.

Daniel Ammann

Meliodas just revealed that he is over 3000 Years old. Did you catch that?

No, Meliodas said he is going to put an end to the war that "has been fought again and again for 3000 years", he didn't talk anything about his own age.

V_VMat

First Meliodas used broken sword and now that it got stolen, he just casually splits a hill with a stick...

Harold Haddick

Damn it Hawk's Mom, if it wasn't for you, we could've seen Diane's glorious mountains uncovered. I won't forgive you!

Haxxy

The imagery as Meliodas walks through the mountain is so moving. Talking about the holy war of light and dark while panning to the Sins who were surrounded by such bright light it made them too dark to see. I've always loved that.

Ultra Power

It’s a key?! Somebody better get Tucker.

I don't want to spoil anything, but I am curious, have you seen the rest of the series? Because this comment make me really want to discuss Gilthunder theories with you.
