Tomoyo is a great friend! And her mom is certainly starting to come around.  :-)

Before I spoil anything did you recognize the relationship between Sakura and Tomoyos mother? Tomoyo in the manga was even more obsessed with Sakura. You could probably get a good indication of that in this episode

Chrome

Tomoyo's mum knows Sakura's dad is actually a good guy, hell when she's listing things about him being a "bad guy" they're all positive stuff, she's able to acknowledge he's good but it still doesn't stop her being a little bitter that he took Nadeshiko her cousin away from her, that's the only issue she has with him. Also, I probably will skip some of the filler, except maybe episode 14, they try and integrate the filler into the story, but it wouldn't be hard for me to explain what they added.

Sounds great!... And I really like the added dynamic between Sakura’s dad and Tomoyo’s mom. It seems to open up a lot of possibilities. 😊
