It's a bargain to see a fight like this for free! Now that they've pushed each other to the brink, who will have the heart to keep going?

The fights get better and more exciting as the show goes on 😀

Yup, I wouldn’t even put this fight on my Top 10, it’s a great introductory fight for the series. There’s much more strategical breakdowns for the fights and the emotional impact as the story progresses.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy after checking your patreon for months and months for shows I liked and I finally see Hajime no ippo and ghost story’s holy fuck! I’m so glad to be back this is my favorite anime of all time and I hope your enjoying it so far!

Imagine being lucky enough to just casually watch the equivalent of a young morales and Barrera spar in your gym randomly as high schoolers 😂

Series wide yeah it can’t be top ten just because of how many we get. And there are a few fights still in the manga since the anime finished (so far) that I would probably give my left nut to see animated by a competent studio. Still holding out hope for a season 4 announcement one of these years 😞😒

@Curtis, The reason Ippo saw an octopus was because the coach stepped in front of him, not Miyata, which is why he said it was thanks to the coach he could relax.
