Damn, I REALLY hate Myne! And Glass is gonna be a major concern going forward!... This show is SO good!

Yeah, the King's daughters kind of have him wrapped around their little fingers. Unfortunately for Naofumi, Myne is the one who got him wrapped around it first. Thus giving her more leverage than Melty. Because no man wants to have to choose between two of his children.

What a crazy difference between the two daughters. One of them comes onscreen and my immediate reaction is "Awww, she's so cute." The other one appears and it's, "Fuck you, twat!" :-D

Ah Glass. When an enemy's level shows up as ??? and the screen is glitching, well, that's usually a good sign it's time to run away.

Myne is indeed a super twat among other things... though she's also ironically one of reasons I'm sponsoring this series can't wait to see your reactions in these months to come!

It's amazing how much I loathe her!... But you're right; her character most definitely helps keeps me locked into the story!

Jacob Crooks

Part of me wants to sponsor an episode out of order just to let you see some proper karmic punishment, but it's just too damn far off. The despair is real.

Something that is never brought up in the anime, that is mentioned in the later volumes of the light novel is that the King is racist against demihumans for a rather big reason. Well, I mean he was always racist against them. But there is a reason for his comment about losing his family again
