There's a lot brewing right now, but it's ALWAYS awesome to take a respite with a great Brook number!

..not to mention, Luffy only almost died in Impel Down and during Marineford... Zoldyck family comparison is fair. I don't know how far ahead you are so you might have already seen her in this arc, but Pudding is actually seen momentarily during Fishman Island arc, when Luffy is in call with Big Mom.

So this song was actually written by Brook's voice actor and Oda liked it enough to include in the series

Jake from SF

So, the voice actor for Brook uploaded him singing the nekomamushi song on youtube back in 2011 when the manga was still in fishman island. Oda liked the song and decided to create cat viper (nekomamushi) in the series several years later.

The lasagna thing I believe is indeed a Garfield reference. As for Sanji's father, oh yeah, great guy, totally father of the year material. :)

Miasimon

Isn't it just a kick in the balls, that the Straw Hats have been separated longer than they've been together? Splitting up to fight people in various arcs, aside. We have Enies Lobby (Robin taken), Sabaody and the timeskip (which by itself was longer than the canonical time the Straw Hats have even existed), Dressrosa, and before they can even reunite, Sanji is taken away. On a lighter note, the next arc is easily my second favorite in the series, so far.

It's by far one of the best arcs. For me personally is just behind marineford and ennis lobby, though either how the most recent arc is playing out in one piece it's gonna be my number 1.

Love the Steel Drums when they walk to see Cat Viper 😁
