I was thinking that the couple saw Tenma's wanted poster at the police station and that's why they kept quiet while driving to the castle, but did not think that the guy actually realized even earlier.

As a person from a non English speaking country I can appreciate the language barriers in this episode. From my own experience traveling to Germany they are hesitant (to put it mildly) to speak English, so of course a British couple is gonna struggle here. Dieter is also a kid so would make sense that he only knows German, however I am impressed with Tenma who knows Japanese, German and English and is a genius surgeon... Man's a beast.

Also to the police officer who saw Tenma in the car but ignored it: "See? This is the reason you're destined to life as a lowly patrolman." 😂 Oh boy if higher ups ever realize what happened

I have never noticed the gas meter being completely filled before lol the small gas tank being the reason they ran out is my new headcanon xD that's hilarious lol
