I posted that to try and curb the arguing about the upcoming shows, as far as sub vs. dub… All it did was create more. 😄

make it a surprise xdxd

Nate D.

Is it possible to do a poll while not allowing comments?

Brother E

Reading manga is superior to both anyways 🤡

Polls aren’t fair, as many people have a preference on one or the other in all cases. I’m looking for which is better per each individual series.

Yunru

You just couldn't handle the truth that mute-voice, no-sub, context only is the one true path!

Wishmaker007

I don’t think it was that divisive but there is a lot of passion for each preference for sure and I’m sure they mean well in trying to provide the best experience possible but sometimes it can be a bit too heated sometimes but that’s what being human is about and that’s okay :)

Philip Repp (Bebop56210)

I'll probably watch Dragonball but I'm not watching anything else until Rurouni Kenshin eventually happens so I'm not concerned about sub vs dub anyway. 😁 (Or anything else that I like that happens to win a poll/get watched)

The Gimpster 101

Keep your eyes closed and mute it, only true fans will know what’s happening… if you’re unable it means your not an Anime fan. An internet quote.

Hm interesting i didn't read many replies after i commented on it so i guess i didn't see the escaltion

Those conversations have gotten WAY too heated here in the past, which is why I stopped them… I want The GOOSH to be a place where everyone can escape the arguing and sniping that goes on all over the Internet, so, for me, doing something I know is gonna get everybody “a bit too heated” is not okay.

I’d think with, as much as that one gets mentioned, it’s gotta get in fairly soon!! 😊

It’s not that there was a lot of escalation yet; it’s just that past history has shown me that those threads always ended up with anger and sniping. I had posted it just to explain that I could only do one or the other, so I can’t make everyone happy, but I’d do my best. But then, it evolved into everyone giving their stance on the issue, and that’s when trouble has always begun.

That post reminded me of "Not a messiah" scene from Life of Brian. "I'm not doing a poll! Will you please listen? I'm not doing a poll, you understand? Honestly!"

Mighty Snake

Switch every episode you'll either make everyone happy or everyone annoyed either way we're together 😆

Phillip Ribbink

It's not easy being the Peacemaker Curtis.

What 🤣🤣🤣 I never tried that thats funny Made me Want to see how its like 🤣🤣

Chrisdiss

Well actually dub vs sub I could either way honestly I think they are both good I used to watch just dub but then I tried sub and it felt different In a good way, now I watch everything twice in sub and dub. its like a different experience each time

All Might

Eh, it is what it is. You can't please everybody. You do you, man.

Dandy

The only true way to watch these is to have Curtis watch the show on Mute and dub over his own dialogue!

Aidan

One day you really are going to start a civil war here lad. That's why I'm recommending you right now lad to never watch or even suggest about watching Boruto here lad because you will literally creat a civil war here. Trust me the arguments Boruto has caused between fans have been next level, hell I've even been part of a few myself. Well with that out of the way...... DUB all the way for kaguya sama!

Sean PaulT60

Yeah Dub vs Sub is just a common anime conversation topic and as far as anime discussions go it is among those that often gets toxic. This is a good two series for me since I like both sub and dub for both series.

GoldArthur

I don't know what show it was for, but, if it was Dragonball... It's an absolute travesty not to watch that in dub. It and Yu Yu Hakusho are like the only shows that are an absolute YES for dub. That's not even nostalgia. It's just better. Better sound quality and everything. If it's Rurouni Kenshin, I prefer dub for nostalgia reasons, but I could live either way.

Anonymous

Maybe a bad suggestion, but how about reacting to both versions at the same time or maybe watch the sub another time? All love,

Murkrow

If it helps, I do not give a shit about of it's dub, or sub. Both versions are good.
