Typically, wishes coming true is a good thing, however, this is Higurashi!  😁

The new season just finished and it’s very nostalgic watching the older episodes. Rika dying is so tragic. She my fav. I don’t ever want to see her die again. Or Satoko either

This episode was extra mind-fuckery, even for this series! I’m REALLY enjoying it!! 😊

“I would do so much wishing” lol, I think you’re the right type of person to be watching this. No wonder I’m enjoying the reactions so much.

Hinamizawa is basically the Japanese equivalent of Innsmouth or Dunwich. Small town that's very insular? Check. Creepy Local Religion? Check. A tendency for the people to go mad while there? Check. Only difference is that Hinamizawa presents itself as this bright cheery place. Whereas with Innsmouth or Dunwich those places don't even bother to pretend to be anything but creepy.

Wouldn’t you guys say that Hinamizawa is much like the Micky Mouse Land? Where everyone’s dreams and wishes come true and nothing is creepy. Day 13 in Hinamizawa.

I really wish this would be voted into the daily anime as everything begins to fit together and if you can't remember stuff because it was months ago it might lessen the impact.
