Goku's confidence may be getting him in a bit over his head. I'm REALLY glad the gang is showing up for support!

Can't help wondering where Krillin is in the parts with Bulma, Roshi and Launch in this episode.

Oh hey thanks for the shout-out that the start. Yeah as said, villains don't always need to be complex as long as they have some sort of notable character. A badass blank slate doesn't work nor does an overly wansty villain. in Precure I found there was this Frieza/Cell/Picollo like villain that didn't have a lot of motivation out of being pure evil (Although he was funny at times) but was my favorite Cure villain simply because he was a cleverly foreshadowed twist villain that gave the Cures the best fight in the series. Then there is another Cure villain which was actually voiced by Frieza (He was a dragon raven) who for most of the series was pretty badass until it was revealed he was basically emo. That emo reveal lost points for me. https://media.tenor.com/images/e135d0c0dad6f2df5cb747576b5f97e4/tenor.gif

It depends on when you want to stop. Would you want to stop after the Red Ribbon army's defeat or when Goku gets all the dragon balls and makes his wish? It's up to you.

I think what I'll do is, I'll see exactly where we're at after ep. 38, and if it's not a good stopping point, we'll just continue on until we find one I'm comfortable with. 😊

The song that was playing when the narrator was talking at the end of the episode during minute 20 up until the end of the episode is called Moeru Heart De Red Ribbon Gun wo Yattsukero, the song plays uninterrupted in the sub starting from 20 min, also here is the youtube link to the whole song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TdvKzsjcqg

After all these years I finally figured out why Reds accent comes and goes. It must be because Brian Kelly is taking Reds Irish accent away from him and transforming it into a southern accent for himself.
