Jerry Lawler: Things are not looking good for the Strawhats here. J.R.: It seems so, all thanks to that backstabbing, duplicitous coward Kanjuro. Jerry Lawler: I don't know, J.R., maybe it's all a misunderstanding. J.R.: Misunderstanding my Oklahoma ass! That snake lied to everyone and for what reason? And there goes another ship. Jerry Lawler: Well they better figure out how to turn this around or el- *Jimbei's entrance music starts* Jerry Lawler: Wait is it...? J.R.: BAH GAWD It's JIMBEI! The First Son of the sea has come back to fulfill his promise! This is one for the books folks. We now have a full crew that can hopefully open a slobberknocker on these Beast Pirate sons of bitches!

Kanjuro is a traitorous douchbag but we get Jimbei back? That's a trade I'd make every time.

Damn straight! We're down a Kanjuro but up a Denjiro and Jimbei. I think Kin, Luffy, Law, and Kidd got the better deal. :)

In the manga Jimbei's entrance is even more epic, since the only hint you get it is during the chapter when you read "Yari Nami!" (Spear wave) as the last thing on the page and on the next page the ship is being skewered by pillar of water. The anime added Jimbei swimming towards the ship in shadows so I don't feel it is as impactful.

A world class: Captain, Swordsman, Navigator, Sniper, Cook, Doctor, Archaeologist, Shipwright, Musician (and now) Helmsman. Sounds like the Crew of a King of the Pirates to me!

Yeah, it'd have been much cooler if we just saw a sudden beam shoot out of the sea*, everyone react to it then we hear Jimbei announce his fishman Karater barrage that takes out the cannons.

It's crazy think we're almost caught up after 3 years
