"Yorokobe Shounen" (Rejoice young man) is a pretty famous line by Kirei, you'll get it quoted a lot by fate fans. Also, Jouji Nakata, the voice actor for Kirei likes to cosplay as him quite a bit as he's a fan favorite, lots of pictures of him doing it online.
