I'm still not sure what the totality of this kid's powers are, but he certainly can immediately calm a situation!

It'll take time for Mamoru's true nature to become apparent. This is a a long running show after all.

As can see, there's a lot of detail and jargon to it. A lot of technical terms and stuff going wrong like Gai in ICU after the battle, Final Fusion having a setback and Gai needing to improvise with Drill Gao as a weapon, the series noting the extensive damage which comes into play which will be dealt with later.

Also despite being ligthhearted, it can tread into dark stuff. It has a real grand, epic feel to it also. As can see, Gai really shows his commitment to being a hero as he goes out despite still being in ICU and does so under the chance that Final Fusion and the battle itself, win or lose could kill him.

Fun fact, the soundtrack composer is Kohei Tanaka who did the soundtrack for One Piece and the OG Dragon Ball. Gai is voiced by Viral of Gurren Lagann and Ikkaku of Bleach and Hiei of Yu Yu Hakusho. The intro song is done by Masaki Endoh who is part of Jam Project, founded by Ichiro Mizuki who was singing the Grandfather of mecha, Mazinger Z's opening. His fellow band member is Hironobu Kageyama sung DBZ's intro's.

And for a bit of laughs, you talked about Docking being pervy. There's a term later in the series called Symmetrical Docking. It has become a meme were it has been used to describe big titted chicks pressing against one another.

Oh and that villain who said 'Your Pizza Has Arrived" His name is actually Pizza, no joke

THE GOOSH!

Great details again, My Friend. Thanks! 😊
