I'm typically adverse to seeing kids get smacked around, but in Gideon's case I'll make an exception!

No one in this show seems to understand how deeds work...

Lets be fair. There is a 97% chance that the name on the deed is fake and that it is therefore void.

Since you're nearing the end of season 1, I wanted to point out that between seasons 1 and 2 Disney released a series of shorts for Gravity Falls. They are an absolute must watch and you can find them all on youtube. The main ones I would recommend watching are Dipper's Guide to the Unexplained, Mabel's Guide to Life, Fixin it with Soos and Public Access TV.

Seth Daniels

Seems you have finally met the fan favorite, Bill Cipher. There are SO many conspiracies, fan videos and stuff about him online. Bill's like the Sans of Gravity Falls with how popular he is…and I won’t spoil the rest of the show, but I can VERY much see why he’s so beloved.

That’s how Deeds work in this town I guess- So I have my theories My first thing I’d like to say is that I pointed out maybe McGucket saw something or someONE that made him go insane. After meeting Bill, I think that’s definitely the case. As for Stan, Bill seemed to know who he was and even had like an “oh shit” moment when he heard the name, which makes me wonder how those two know each other. Maybe it has something to do with the Vending Machine? My final thing I decided I’d like to say is that moment where Dipper learned what Stan truly thinks of him may be my favorite moment in the series so far!

its actually explained later (and dont worry i'll keep the specifics out) but the town of GF is weird with weird rules and laws (theres a reason for this but you'll learn later so no spoilers), this one is "the finders keepers act" so since little G has the deed its now legally his
