Big Mom has been defeated! In my honest opinion, Law and Kid only managed to win this battle because of a ring out. Had they not been able to make the crater, they would had lost. I think Big Mom will return later on in the story. Now we learn that Zunesha and Joyboy were friends! That’s huge news! We also still don’t have any details about the secret Devil Fruit the World Government was talking about! IT’S TIME FOR THE FINAL BATTLE!! Luffy vs Kaido is going to be AMAZING! THE FINAL BATTLE OF WANO BEGINS!! 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁

hardcore4belgium

No big mom!! She left this world to soon 😪 🤣

GreenFire

This is still so fantastic to see, after first time seeing big mom basicly invinseble at whole cake Island, its so satysfying to watch her slowly take damege and then go down!

J Johnson

We're so damn close, I'm actually surprised we're reaching the climax of this arc so soon, just a few episodes before shit gets wild. I was worried the studio would drag it out longer or throw in some random filler arcs.

There’s one more recap episode coming up soon. It’s a Luffy vs Kaido recap

James West

Now it’s only Kaido vs Luffy, as other people have mentioned this fight is going to be wild. And there’s a crazy moment that’s about to happen I believe someone said 1071. This finale is about to give us one of the greatest moments in all of anime. We all have been waiting for this moment

DevilJynx

RIP Big Mom, First of her name, Queen of Toto Land, One of The Emperors of The Sea, Mother of many bastard children, and one of the biggest scumbags of the world. And now her voyage is ended. This is BIG(no pun intended) Law and Kidd's stonks are gonna sky rocket! Now if Luffy can do the same to Kaido, then it's a game changer for sure! Also with Kanzenbo gone, Kanjuro is finally dead and it seems Earlobes is out of the fight as well. Kaido is now the only remaining major threat aside from CP0. Edit: Also a big shout out to Raizo; poor dood's been on fire for over a month and he's still kicking XD

You're right. The Tobi Roppo, Jack, King, Queen, Perspero, Fuku, Hawkins, and Big Mom are removed from play. All that remain are CP0 and Kaido. We're at the End Game now.

Underplaying the shit outta Law and Kid but aight Very hyped for 1071, this is gonna be another Madara dropping the meteor moment for sure

Lewd Angel

I don't believe for a second that bitch is dead, she can give the lava a bit of her own soul and make it obey, still gonna get away with some serious 3rd degree burns tho, which all in all is very satisfying. The victory is definitely on our side

@Lewd Angel Sorry Lewd, but as much as I respect Kid and Law I am confident in saying this: IF Big Mom had a rematch with Kid and Law. No floating island, No explosions, No interference Then Big Mom is kicking their asses, no matter how clumsy she is. Big Mom didn’t even use her awakening or Advanced Conquerors in this fight.

I don’t think she’s dead either. I have a One Piece rule, if I don’t see the body then I can’t believe their dead. Even then I am still skeptical. But more importantly I think Big Mom’s alive simply because she may a role to still play for Elbaf.

The thing is; Vivre Cards were a major plot point during Marineford and in WCI where Nami used Big Mom's VC to control the homies and in Wano we learned that it was Yamato who made Ace's VC... And afterwards there has not been a single mention about the damn cards...

Lewd Angel
>>112828268

Uh, okay? What do the cards have to do with anything regarding what i said?

Lewd Angel
>>112817675

Thats still underplaying the hell out of them, and also quite a redundant statement, its in the same vein as saying if there was no backup or interference Luffy would've lost to Kaido again. Both cases could be technically true, but you can't say "If they didn't strategize and/or use X thing to their advantage they would've lost", obviously if they didn't use everything at their disposal they couldn't beat an EMPEROR, thats the entire narrative point of this battle. Also, there is no evidence Big Mom A: Isn't using her awakening constantly, or B: Has awakened her DF at all. So thats a moot point. I also find it highly unlikely she wasn't using AC haki, remember shes been in this fight since she encountered Usopp and Chopper, i find it far more likely shes just completely exhausted and can't. Overall i'm not saying Kid and Law could either 1v1 Mom or that if she was gunning for them since the beginning alone that they'd have won easily, but to say the crater was the only reason is extremely underplaying how powerful and resourceful they are, as this point of this fight is to show their growth to becoming people who will take over as Emperors themselves once the old gen has been kicked out.

Brother E
>>112817675

@Lewd Angel Law and Kid are definitely powerful, but the point still stands that they are able to win given the circumstances. Despite their growth they are not powerful enough to take on Big Mom in a straight up fight. The same definitely applies to Kaido vs Luffy, despite ALL of Luffy’s growths I would still say in a straight 1v1 a 100% Kaido beats Luffy at ANY form. As far as Big Mom, she was not using Advanced Conquerors because all of her hits were made with direct contact to Kid and Law, you can check in the manga too. The ONLY time she used it was that episode where she knocked out Page One. Also she never used Awakening yet, because in the whole One Piece story EVERY person that’s ever had Awakening has been directly stated, it’s never implied when an Awakening happens.

Brother E
>>112828268

@Lewd Angel You might had forgotten, but the Vivre cards have two purposes. They can lead you to that person’s direction and more importantly it indicates that person’s lifespan. What @V_VMat is saying is that Nami still has a piece of Big Mom’s vivre card from WCI and if she’s really dead then it would had burned up. However, that’s not been the case yet.

Lewd Angel
>>112828268

Ohh, i figured that was obvious due to the fact that Zeus is still around, when a DF user dies so does whatever their ability created, so i'd assume if she went so would he. The reply was so outta nowhere i didn't connect the two dots

V_VMat
>>112828268

I was more pointing to later events in story (manga stuff), but Lewd brings up a good point about DF abilities/Zeus Edit. Also, I think Nami lost her vc piece when she was captured with Luffy during WCI (I'm not entirely sure) (Checked and yeah, it was taken from her, but she split it half so she still should have a piece) Edit2. Oh right, something I had forgotten about Big Mom's children regarding VCs...

Brother E
>>112828268

@Lewd Angel Yeah I agree with the Zeus stuff. Zeus can’t live without Big Mom’s power still being effective, it happened with Mother Caramel and her homies as well. I’ve been telling people that for MONTHS and they don’t think it makes sense…but what do I know lol. @V_VMat Yes and No about Nami losing Big Mom’s vivre card. She did indeed lose it when her and Luffy was captured, however Nami split the Vivre card in half before getting captured. That’s how she was able to control King Baum when escaping WCI. Nami currently still has half of the vivre card, but it works the same regardless of size.
