Fairy tail’s characters have always been it’s strongest point for me, especially the main cast, I think the weakest link for me is natsu and I still love him

When you hire FT wizards, you should know that there will always be risks and be prepared for any and all damages. Mission: Deliver a burger to the old lady 2 miles away. Fairy Tail: Destroys half a city in the process

The Council can seem like political assholes at first, but honestly, if every time these random ass teenagers went out to rescue a cat from a tree ended up with you getting a report of half a city being destoroyed and dozens of people becoming homeless, you'd start to want to disband them too. Its a good thing they're so strong, and therefore worth keeping around

Lotta call backs to previous arcs as well as set up for the next three; The arc after this episode is one of the shortest, but its well done. It's SORT OF the epilogue of The Phantom Lord arc. But we saw the two ex-Phantom Lord members who seem to have not been ropped in the punishment angle against the defunct guild. We also had Chicken Man from Eisenwald, The Pirate Captain Erza won the affections of, Bora the perv, and the demon chief from Galuna as well as the girl who is enamoured with Gray. And three of Makarov's best friends; Bob, Yajima, and Goldmine. All three are former members of Fairy Tail, so you can kind of say Blue Pegasus and Quatro Cerberus are decended from FT. Regardless, the three guilds are close allies and partners. Yajima is probably FT's most powerful ally since he has a seat on the council and can bat for Makarov's credibility to his fellow members. Siegrain and Ultear also seem to be on FT's side for better or worse. Org and Michello do not irrationally hate Fairy Tail as they do not deny the good they've done and I believe it was a unanimous vote to not punish FT for what PL did to them, its just that it looks bad on the council if nothing is done to keep Fairy Tail accountable for the damages they do like destroying half a town.
