Hey, have been thinking about a bunch of related topics lately that I'd love to see you do a video on: is capital flight due to higher taxes a thing? What are the most effective ways raise to raise taxes with the least bad economic side effects? To what extent is international cooperation necessary to effectively tax the ultra wealthy, and what are the best policies that individual governments can implement in the absence of cooperation?
