Basically, Ram with her horn felt an insane bloodlust and hunger for battle, and when it was broken, she no longer felt that way, which is also why that later, she longed to get Roswaal away from his obsessive feelings. She does, however, feel constant pain from the lack of a horn. With Subaru's authority, she was like 20-30% of her original strength, but with her sharing her burden with Rem's horn, she was at 50%. Full 100% would be like one of the strongest characters in the series.
