How to turn a video into wallpaper! (Patreon)

Wallpaper Engine (not free)

My Personal recommendation is wallpaper engine  https://store.steampowered.com/app/431960/Wallpaper_Engine/

It's Has reasonable cheap price, high proficiency and highly customizable.

After Installed the program. Launch it up and follow these simple steps

If you are not steam user or want a free option.

VideoPaper (Free)

This is a highly customizable tool yet can be a little confusing.

Follow this guide to setup your wallpaper:

*For panel size input, look it up on the file's name.  for position set them all to 0.

*This Application supported multiple panels on multiple displays. You can put pretty much anything your computer can handle. Get Creative with it!

Hope this is useful in general.
