oh, maybe you won't read this but in case you do: I'm making a more extensive FAQ/info pinned post about receiving your physical mail for the PRO tier which is overdue. I know a couple people had some pretty delayed mail last month, and I still am missing some addresses. So hopefully we can get that all straightened out real soon.
