Literally just a big catch up on what's been going on lately: games I've been playing, things I've been watching, snowy sadness, finishing book projects, feeling very Single, farming dreams, the colored pencil procreate brush, and being uncomfortable, etc etc etc.

Love you guys and see you very soon.

I got into Pathologic at the same time last year! Tried watching a playthrough, decided I needed to play it, and then spent the next month playing through the first and second game. Changed the way I interacted with video games. Hope you like it! 😁

OMG Another Pathologic enjoyer!! This is huge. It’s such an interesting game and I’m so into how unsettling every aspect of it is. Have you watched the hbomberguy video essay about it?

Oh how I wish I was drinking a warm beverage on the floor with you hearing all your thoughts 😭💕 former farm worker here :) so excited for you!!! Worked a summer and fall in Vermont. Lived in that cold tundra too so I know the negatives and how brutal they can be 😭

I felt it in my soul when you talked about the second winter slump. I moved from not so sunny Ireland to Finland for work and this winter has been my second one. dear god i naively thought i'd be fine because Ireland is cloudy af but i was WRONG. Hang in there bud, i can highly recommend getting some budget smart bulbs that turn on in the morning, tricks your brain into thinking the sun's up. also vitamin D supplements. you got this :)

oh jamie, it always feels like i’m on a phone call with a friend who’s catching me up on their lives. as someone who lives in seattle (but without the brutal winters), the gray gets me down soooo much. i’m a huge birdwatcher and the sunsets at 4pm were horrible! and i’ve been here for 7 years! BUT we’re getting so close to spring and the farm work sounds so sooo fun. working outside makes such a difference and i also desperately want to work on a farm over the spring and summer! cheyenne/leigh/bird crossover is fucking crazy by the way holy shit

Late to subscribing to Patreon, but long time follow on the gram, so slowly going through all the pods. It’s lovely to hear you talking about the passion and love of wanting to work on a farm, and then not wanting to be sad about it if it couldn’t happen… but boy did it happen ✨🐔
