We are excited to be offering Keychange participants the we.grow mentorship scheme again in 2022. As part of this scheme, 70 mentees will be paired with mentors. Mentors can be based anywhere in the world. Please note, Keychange and shesaid.so support women and gender minorities in the music industry, for this we.grow mentoring programme, we encourage all genders to apply to be mentors.
