Sooo… November has been a whole journey 😅If October was chaotic, November said “hold my tea” and went even further 😂

As most of you already know, I got injured right at the beginning of the month, and honestly… it changed EVERYTHING. At first I was frustrated, scared, stressed… but with time (and a lot of ice packs 😭), I realized how much this forced pause was exactly what I needed. My body was begging for rest, and I only understood that when it literally made me stop 🥺

I mean, of course getting injured again, especially something more serious than before, SUCKS. But it gave me so much perspective. Slowing down, thinking about my routine, my limits, my goals… I feel like November became one big “reset button” for my mind. I needed to breathe, rethink a few things, and let myself change course without guilt. And honestly? It was good 🥹 This month reminded me that slowing down isn’t failure… sometimes it’s exactly what prepares us for the next step.
