Updates ⤵️

I have good news ✨ I finally started walking without the orthopedic boot (and without crutches), still limping quite a lot, but it's already a huge thing!!! Seeing progress little by little 🙏

If everything keeps improving as expected, I should be able to drive again next week, which will bring back a bit of independence that I’ve been missing 🥺

Last week I also returned to the gym, very gently and VERY slowly (I can't go fast anyway 😂), with 2 light sessions using extremely limited exercises and almost no weights lol. I also added 2 bike cardio sessions during the week (20 minutes each), just to help my body ease back into movement in a slow and progressive way 🤗

As for skating 🥺 my comeback is planned for February (if all goes well), but with many limitations. No jumps for a few more months, and I’ll be taking things carefully and patiently. I miss it so much, but I know this is the right pace for a full recovery. It looks like I really needed to work on my patience this year 😅

A little shop update as well:On the 10th I’ll close the print shop, and starting on the 11th I will print everything, including pre–orders 🙏 I’ll reach out with more updates soon!
