Hi guys! I was thinking about my backstage videos!

Should I keep the vertical format or switch to horizontal? 🤔

Since I don't post them on social media, they don't really need to be vertical... (I always make a separate video for the teasers 😋)

What do you think? 😊 Do you usually watch them on a PC or on your phone?

I watch on both but I also prefer to turn my phone sideways to watch videos

I'm torn. 😂 For sets where you're mainly standing, I think vertical works best so you take up more of the shot. For sets where you're reclining or laying down (like some special sets), horizontal works better. Just my opinion! I watch them on my computer. 🥰

I like them in Vertical mode cuz the focus is sole on you and your process of finding the right poses, it's fascinating to me the brainstorm of ideas for poses and the way you switch from pose to pose till you find the right one. I also like that we get to see the poses that could've made it to the final set. I think with horizontal, yes, we could see more of the background and the way the set is set up, but I feel that focus sole on you would be lost with the addition of more visual information.

Yes! That's what I was thinking! With horizontal we get more room for background. BUT... if I film horizontally, I can still use auto reframe to make vertical clips whenever I need them! But the other way around isn’t as simple 😅 So horizontal would give me more flexibility. But the ME aspect would remain pretty much the same on both options! (I hope that it made sense lmao)
