Hi patronites!! How the first week of the year is going for you? 😊 

I'm taking a few days off to recharge!! This is the first time I've taken proper rest days in 8 years!! 🫠 No wonder why I was feeling so burnt out 😅  I'M WORKING ON MY BEST VERSION NOW! 💪 

I'll be back with another quick post on the weekend ❤️

Lol, it's easy to get in the zone and forget to get outta it. Nawwww dawg don't let yourself overwork it. You're doing a spectacular job but make sure to get rest. (Rest prevents injury as you know)! Seeing all your prog is so spectacular and inspiring but be safe! Can't wait to see more! LOVE the gym content per the usual and you look so fucking amazing xD! (Never ever have you ever looked bad but seeing you reach your fitness goals is just a colossal upgrade)! Pending Dani 2.0 and everything's lookin amazing so far! Be well fam!
