I'm planning on adding a rarer tier card than Blueprint for the expansion that will only have a holographic version. Keeping in mind that there will be more unique cards in this expansion than the original set, should Blueprints be holographic only this time?

The reasoning is to firstly make Blueprints feel more special when they're packed, I felt packing the non-holo versions didn't feel as good as packing a holo version and it kind of felt like the non-holo blueprints were "artificially inflating" the total number of cards?

The other reason is to keep the master set obtainable for collectors. The more cards there are, the harder it will be to complete a master set, and as this set already has more unique cards plus the new rarity I really don't think non-holo blueprints are needed anymore.

BUT I am very conscious of changing things that don't need to be changed, and the negative impact that can have. As someone who hates phone updates that moves icons or settings around, I know that change isn't always perceived well- and I don't want to be seen as "taking cards away" from you guys!

So, let me know below: should the Civil Draft expansion blueprints be holographic only?

If changed, the pack rate of the holo Blueprints themselves would not change from how they were in the original packs.

Peace, love, and there probably isn't even a super secret expansion as it hasn't even been announced yet!!!

i don't really like the blueprints tbh. so having to hunt for the non-holo and the holo is a bit too much. Also, if it's holo-only it's mure exclusive/rare.

Ultimately I’ll be happy with whatever choice is made but I would be closer to the keeping the blueprints with both holo and non holo. I enjoy both versions. Perhaps from a game design it could make sense to collapse the category but it makes sense (to me) to have both versions as the non holo is more engineery (official definition) and the holo then takes it to the next special level. It being your game I almost would suggest that if you had to remove one version it’s the holo blueprints to keep in line with your “brand”. But my preference is to keep both. Just my opinion.

Personally, i consider the full art holos the "best cards" (specifically the editors and brittish matt) the blueprints are more of a unique novelty so im good with them being the rarest but dont need blueprints and blueprint holos

It should also really have non-holos blueprint, the non-holo blueprints looks so amazingly good, the holos are nice, sure, but they darken the blue-colour a bit too much and that nice blueprint-blue is lost in the holo, so i personally would really like if we got non-holos aswell of the blueprints =)

I'd rather the Blueprints be the rarest but also not be holo at all. They all look good, but the non-holo blueprints look the best.

Well, as I'm in the engineering field (Draftsman, not an engineer, though I respect the title) I personally feel like the blueprint cards are more special. They're the thing that came before, the way it was supposed to be made before the revisions and architect changes. It's the behind-the-scenes magic that creates the final product. If I can wax poetic, it's how the dream was dreamed before the hands tried to make it as best they could. But that's just my 2 bits.

Well it could be good, but in my opinion the cards our good i play them with my friends like yesturday but it might be a bit much to have only holo cards honestly i don't like gamgling away money, look i don't want to spend hundreds of Euros to get a rare holo card i think if your gonna make holo cards make another card pack/set so it's optional to try to get holo cards. Look i like the cards but make it at least optional and if your doing anoth card pack/set for holo cards at least 2 garniteened holo cards, if you want

As I wrote in my post, the chances of packing a blueprint holo will not change! You just wont be able to pack a blueprint that isn't holo anymore

Would be cool to see all future blueprint non-holo which would make the 1st edition/set Holo blueprints extra special as more expansions come... One of those "remember the time when they had Holo" type things...

I think the joy in getting a holo blueprint as the rarest card was so much better than just having all blueprint holo and no just blueprint is way worse than what the first packs had.
