Just throwing this out here because I havent seen a comment about it yet. Matt, you can build power lines underground by selecting the build option and hitting pg down. This helped me greatly in my current playthrough. Cheers! keep the wonderful content coming. PL+B!

Just saying it is possible to change zoning tiles just use walking paths right in front of the main rood and they will all change
