Ok, this may be an ignorant American thing, but what the hell was up with the zigzag road markings in your pedestrian guardrails example?

aren't those zigzags like marking zones for buses to stop or something?

There are a lot of different zigzags on the roads in Europe. The example you mentioned is connected to the markings of pedestrian crossing in the UK. To be exact - controlled area markings at stand alone controlled crossing.

FYI, a lot of Americans (myself included) just call "tall boys" any 16 oz canned beer 😅 They're literally taller than the standard 12 oz beer, hence the name. But anyway, what the hell happened this episode?? 😂 So many bugs...
